perspectivesI just spent three days at CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) learning a process to help my coaching clients shift their perspective on a topic. As with all learning at CTI, I had three days to practice being the coach and being coached using the methodology. I witnessed in myself and in others how powerful our perspectives are when they hold us in a limiting position. I’m still reveling in the discovery of how easy it is to find another resonant perspective that will move someone forward.

Our perspectives are as unique as the number of people in the room. What I love about the co-active coaching model is that holds the premise that we’re all creative, resourceful and whole. My clients have the answers – I just have the processes, intuition, and great questions that help them find the answers, or in this case the new perspective that will resonate with them.

Powerful stuff. I’m happy to show you how it works. I could play this game all day.
